These are great. I don't understand why amplifier manufacturers don't supply these with your purchase. Before, speaker wires used to extend at an angle. I highly recommend them.
They're reuseable. Take the top off and start over if needed. And the best part. Screw the top on and you're done.
And of course, I had to be careful that the wire's end didn't splay apart and touch other terminals. You just put one end of a spliced wire into the inside of the plug. The back of my amplifier looks so clean and organized now. Easy to use.
Now, connecting and disconnecting is basically a matter of plug and play. If I had to reconnect them for any reason, I had to strategize which ones I had to disconnect first in order to reach my desired wire. An annoyance I'm sure most of you have felt.
I do recommended them. I connected these up to 10 GA speaker wire and they worked great.
Very good value for the price, and they work perfectly. These plugs are especially useful if you have to make some running changes to your audio setup, since they come right off old speaker wires and easily install on new ones.
